World Traveller Plus seats can be selected only by those who have purchased a ticket for travel in this separate cabin.

They are not analogous to AA's "Main Cabin Extra" seats.

oneworld Sapphires are not eligible for any such single-cabin upgrades by virtue of their status alone.
