Anyone else having trouble upgrading on verizon.com?
Is there a way to transfer an available upgrade on a family plan line to my line via the Apple store? I'm trying to order an iPhone 5S.

When I transfer the upgrade and try to order on Verizon's website, I just get a "The page you are trying to reach is temporarily unavailable or the page may no longer exist. " error.
