Every iteration in the many years of Penalty Box history has included many, many questions about policies, flights and more. And all are generally answered accurately and quickly. As an added bonus, similar questions about other carriers are also accepted and answered since the group spans more than just one airline/program.
Also questions that get posted to the box tend to avoid the following problems
1) the poster that decries the OP to be an "idiot" and tells them to do a search.
2) three of four posts about how SHARES/Jeff/everything new UA sucks regardless of what the OP was asking about.
and
3) the merge into a mega thread that is only tangentially related to the question, so the question doesn't actually gets answered.
