Eurgh, firstly to be doing that in a meeting and secondly to be spending that much money on first or upper class without understanding what you are getting is very very sad.

I may be a bit of an airline nerd but if I were spending £2-6000 on anything at all there is no way I wouldn't do enough research to fully understand the difference in offerings. This person isn't just ignorant of BA's offerings they are just pain ignorant.
