Bit of discussion about Iberia there, plus a link in the discussion to HIDDY's most excellent trip report on Iberia. For two people, Iberia really does look like a good option as you can sit side by side facing the same way and still get a lie flat seat (i would assume on that route, i have never personally flown them, and looks like the a340s are being further upgraded on the interiors per that discussion above but iberia.com seems to say the old interior will still be used on 'Flights with destination America).
