If you book the IB flights via the IB website you will save a chunk in taxes / charges.... I like Madrid airport and the lounge, too. IB crew can be great if you have a few words of Spanish.....

If booking BA then the 787 and 777-300 are of course new. Some of the 747s are 20 years old...
