We opted to book with Delta Air Lines for international flight, as they said they could guarantee 2 bassinets IF I upgraded to Economy Comfort and selected first row (right at the wall to biz class - Row 17). Both trips there was NO bassinets available, but also the plane was NOT even fitted with brackets to enable that feature. When Delta was confronted with this, they offer a $25 gift card for inconvenience, but upgrades was for $356 and got to fly on old airplane instead of the newer that Scandinavian uses.
