I posted somewhere (found it here, just back a couple of pages) that for a business stay, or with buddies, I'd stay at the Grand. With my wife, I'd stay at the Park.... of the PHs you mention, I've only been to PHV, and the PHI is certainly similar to that in feel.

Although I actually prefer the PH Istanbul....
