Dinner 1-2 hours after takeoff, they will make an effort to adjust some for you if possible. Remember though, there is nothing they can do if WX hits too hard.

Breakfast 2 hours before landing.

Pre-ordering works fine. But as with any airline you should not count on it. Stuff happens.

As far as a snack, I honestly do not know exactly what they have. I would expect they will make an effort to make other options available, perhaps some items from breakfast can be brought out early. They really are not that busy at night, so as long as the items are reachable I would expect them to help out.

But by all means, have an emergency supply on you (as I assume you know).
