There's a thread somewhere where people were discussing what worked to trigger the credit. IIRC, inflight snacks and stuff triggered the credit as well, and you didn't even have to spend $100 to get the $100 credit. There were reports of people buying a $7 Woodford and getting the whole $100 credit.
