Hoping to get a few answers to some questions about the flight from SFO to TPE in Royal Laurel class.

We are leaving on the midnight flight from SFO to TPE then on to HKG but do have some questions about meals and timings and such.

Our son became a type 1 diabetic in Feb and this is the first airline travel we have done since then. So we need to plan insulin and meal times and all that other stuff and would be great if we could get some questions answered.

When leaving at midnight do you receive a meal after take off? If so about how long after take off?

Besides noddles, which we've seen reading trip reports, are there other offerings for snacks?

Has anyone dealt with the pre-ordering of meals?

Is breakfast served approx. 2 hours before landing?
