Tickets purchased on Airtran metal through Southwest for MEM - MCO nonstop on 9/6. Checked in online and got 11A (I think). Got to the airport and asked about an upgrade. Upgraded at no charge on a 4,000 point booking. I was one of two people that were in business class (the back didn't seem full).

Purchased Business Select for 9/13 for Airtran metal for MCO-ATL-MEM. Checked in ~ 20 hours, got 1A both segments. Front was full for both segments.
