The crew was much better on the return flight. The purser came to confirm our pre-orders and provided excellent service. The flight was rather empty and there was no one sitting across from us in the center at all so the FAs claimed the seats as their fortress.

Overall, I still quite enjoy AA's meal service. The quality and taste are usually acceptable and I sometimes look forward to having an AA meal when I fly.
The connection flight back home was nothing out of the ordinary, so I am going to skip it and call it a day.
Hopefully, I was able to shed some light into the country of Uruguay as we don't very often see or hear anything about this wonder South American country.
