Hello I am the restaurant owner and chef, I am very impressed at how malicious is your comment, I remember you came on Saturday 27, when you entered the restaurant I said good night and not responded despite you heard. You asked first course snails ravioli and foie gras, (the ravioli you took away the snails and ate the pasta) (the foie gras left full on the plate).
The main course was chiken and turbot "AND THE TWO PLATES WHERE LEFT CLEAN", DONT SAY THAT THE FOOD WAS NOT FRESH BECAUSE THAT'S A LIE THAT NEITHER YOURSELVES BELIEVE. (NO ONE EATS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT FRESH)
for me it is very clear, that day, you ate for the first time, snails and foie gras and simply did not like,

you are angry because you paid for a meal that you didn't like, but that does not give you the right to say lies that the food was not fresh, anytime you want I can show you the bills of the food. I always respect the views of customers, but I will not have any tolerance to fake reviews

(what a shame that trip advisor is becoming a tool of defamation)

BTW I've eaten here and loved the food and the service. ^
