Usually on widebodies, if you have an exit row you have a bulkhead in front of you.
I don't think I've ever seen a bulkhead anywhere near an exit row, unless the exit comes immediately behind the last row of a particular cabin (e.g. division between business and economy). Wouldn't it be a safety hazard - "hiding" a potential escape route, or possibly preventing communication at an egress point between those attempting to open the door and staff/other passengers in the vicinity?
