9/10 bought $200 ASA Gift Cert. Appeared on statement as Giftcert purchase (as reported by other posters).
8 days later, no statement credit - haven't given up hope yet, but not optimistic....

3 weeks on, still no rebate, so assuming it ain't happening.
As I'm stuck with AS for 2013, I'm going to try again (other cert already used). I can always use the cert, so nothing to lose. But even if I get it 2nd time around I'll switch to another airline next year - this benefit is central to my churn strategy, so not worth leaving things to chance.
