It looks like you paid them an absurd fee to request a special meal on your booking. If they made the request, well you have no comeback. Seat24 aren't responsible for catering your flight

The failure of the airline to deliver on the request is a seperate matter and you should address it with them.

If it turns out Seat24 took your money and didn't request the meal, then that's a different situation.
