Was going to ask the same question but you beat me to it. PM's and GM's had the same access to all EC seats at time of booking as GM and PM's do.

And how is FO a winner. FO has the same access to EC seats at 50% off or for free at checkin as the Smart Travel pack buyers do. If anything FO's are going to be the big losers here if they wait until check in to get an EC seat since there will be more competition for them at check in or GM's+ who SDC or fly SB. Going to mean fewer premiuym seats.

I think exit rows should be excluded from this program and made available only to elites before check in.
