Suppose we have Mr. hub-captive FO who rarely get any upgrade at all due to heavy gold, plat and diamond competition. Mr. FO now decides to quit the medallions chasing game and just buy the package. Guaranteed EC seats. Of course, removing EC seats from inventory means less EC seats for golds and plats in the case they do not get upgraded.

Winners: Mr. previous-FO and Diamond.
Losers: Golds and Plats.
