Exactly. If it's not on this page, OP:

it's not available. Just because Delta allows something does not mean Alaska allows it. AS generally specifies routes where partner awards can be used and doesn't have specific award zones with specific costs like other carriers do (for instance: CX J for North America->Asia is cheaper than DL on the same award, same destination), so for a lot of fifth freedom routes (KE LAX-GRU, EK BKK-HKG or AKL-SYD), you can't fly an AS partner on an AS award because AS does not publish an award chart for that partner in that region.
