Hertz transfer to Miles & More
I rented a jeep with Hertz in the Canadian Maritimes this summer.
The rental should have provided 500 miles to be credited to Miles & More.
Miles & More had technical problems in the second half of August 2013 and no transactions from 3rd party partners were able to be processed by Miles & More. I know this because AmEx Switzerland was unable to transfer any points/miles during this time.
I have contacted Hertz and they tell me that the miles were submitted on August 14, 2013.
What to do?
