Problems with mileage credit for Austrian Airlines flights (OS)

I had several flights on Austrian Airlines (OS) back in August in paid business class (P class). Until today the miles have not been credited to my M&S account. I have already sent all the boarding passes, booking confirmation, etc. to Turkish Airlines.

Last week I got emails from Turkish Airlines saying that the flights had an "invalid class". I called Turkish Airlines several times about this and all agents I talked to confirmed that Austrian Airlines P class was actually a valid booking class and earned 150 % on M&S.

Yet, the miles still haven't been credited. I called again today and the agent I talked to today came up with a very "interesting" excuse: He said that my boarding passes showed that the OS flights were "operated by Tyrolean" and that Tyrolean was not a Star Alliance member so that I couldn't claim any miles.

I tried to explian that nowadays all OS flights are technically operated by Tyrolean because Tyrolean took over all the operations from its parent company Austrian in 2012. The agent said he didn't know about that.

So based on his logic, mileage accrual on OS flights is not possible any more because all OS flights are nowadays operated by Tyrolean. This would be rather ridiculous in my opinion.

What should I do now? Send them an extract from wikipedia on Austrian Airlines/ Tyrolean? Did anyone else have this kind of problem before with OS flights not being credited to M&S?

Your ideas are very much appreciated.
