Hilton San Francisco Union Square
Booked - king sized room
Paid or Award? - Award (standard reward, i think 50k points)
Upgrade? - Yes, upgraded at check-in to junior suite on a high floor.

Hilton Buenos Aires
Booked - King sized room
Paid or Award? Award
Upgrade - Yes, upgraded to King room on Executive floor w/ lounge access (happened to be the nicest lounge I've been to in my admittedly limited travels)
