There are a ton of options that you should be able to do with 130k Amex but I would caution you that Mid-December is when all flights literally double in price/are not available due to Christmas/New Years.If you want to get the most bang for your buck, it would be prudent to wait or leave right away December 15th and stay until a couple days after New Years or later...
