i was unimpressed when i rented from there two weekends ago. lady working at the gold kiosk/board had the audacity to even tell me premium was the same as luxury. the gold choice options were a complete joke. practically everything had 20k+ on it and were essentially crap.

of course, i'm often unimpressed with hertz. alamo/national simply destroy them.
