We're flying Jetstar from Sydney to Honolulu in Oct. We used points for economy seats. Has anyone flown with them and can speak to upgrades? I know that I have read some other blogs that say certain airlines first or business class is not worth the upgrade even on long flights because there isn't much difference between that and economy. If you recommend an upgrade, what's the best way to go about that? We have never flown business or first class but would consider it because of the length of the trip. Thanks for any info.
