The rooms and common areas are all OK but dated as posted many times before. Guest Services and Food & Beverage seem to have improved significantly as the restaurants on site (Shor, Japengo, and Swim) are excellent. The Pool area is quite small but an excellent staff at the pool and a very good and affordable menue make this very cozy and a great place to have lunch. The Regency Club staff is as good as you will find anywhere in the world and Housekeeping and Bell Services also perform admirably.

The main reason to stay at this hotel is the seasoned staff who provide excellent customer service that seems to go above and beyond to get to know you and make your stay fun.
