I don't see anywhere on their website anything about the 24-hour reservation requirement. At the same time when I read 14 CFR 259.6, it doesn't state anything about a requirement to include the 24-hour notice.
I found their wording on the 24 hour hold/cancel within 30 seconds on the site:

I don't think it's going to help your case, however, since they offer a 24 hour hold instead of a 24 hour cancellation. This excludes web bookings, but I also can't find anything in the DOT rules that says they can't do that.
