This isn't the first time a Hertz employee has shoveled BS at me - a month ago the gate worker told me that if I didn't pay for Sat Radio then it would be deactivated in a "few minutes". Guess what - a couple days later it was still active. A former employee once told me that they are get commission on any upgrades they sell - which is fine, until you have a situation like we saw today. I've been a weekly renter for 15 years and have been highly satisfied until this summer - wonder if they've got staffing issues...
