I see this as well when I make a reservation for my wife and myself under my account. If I log into Delta with my wife's account and look at the reservation then her TT number is there under her name. Though I can't see mine under my name when I am logged into her account.
I think it's tied to your SM profile. Whenever I book something logged in to my DL account and put my AS number in, all my secure flight data, including TT #, is cleared.
