I've tried searching this board with no luck finding the answer and called Alaska and didn't have the best luck there finding out the answer. Hoping someone here knows.

Korean Air offers a Los Angeles to Sao Paulo route direct. Since they are a mileage partner, I was hoping to redeem my Alaska miles using Korean as a partner airline.

Using ExpertFlyer, I was able to find 9 seats available in Business Class, code J.

Does Alaska even allow customers to redeem miles for Korean Air, ticketing code J?

When I called Alaska, the agent didn't know the answer to that, except that she showed No Availability in their system.

If anyone has any information on this, I would definitely appreciate it.
