I fly the route nearly every week. There is nearly always a snack basket in F.
And I agree with the person who mentioned it is an elite heavy route. On the 6:20 PM back to PHX in the second half of the week, I bet my upgrade percentage as a CP is <50% this year.
There also seem to be a lot of premium cabin folks on that flight connecting from the LH flight that comes in to DEN in the afternoon.
