Question 24 Hour Airfare Cancellation Rules - Can they still charge a fee?
Hi Guys,

I've been searching for some time, but my googlefu is failing me.

I'm trying to discover if the 24 hour cancellation rule by the DOT allows for airlines to still charge a "cancellation fee".

Specifically I booked a ticket with the Cayman Airways, and cancelled withing 24 hours. They are charging me a $25 cancellation fee.

Does anyone have the text of the rule by the DOT?
Does anyone know if this is allowed by the DOT rule?
