The only strange part I find about this entire proceeding is that a supposed "best/premium" customer of Lufthansa which presumably what a HON circle member is- had to resort to a legal court action in order to resolve the situation. This doesn't sound like very good stakeholder management on part of Lufthansa from the few details I have here.
Well, according to Franz's management style every LH Staff who sucessfully scares away a HON gets a doubling of the annual bonus no matter what it costs.
