Here's the Aphis rule:
"If the product is cooked, perishable poultry the product is enterable in

poultry meat and poultry meat products appear “thoroughly cooked”
throughout."
It sounds like it wouldn't even have to be in a can or glass then, provided CBP understands the French on the label. I'll have to think about that one.
