Hi, i have a long haul flight today and was allocated 12A on a B763 - the bulk head.... are these seats any good? is it 3 across? will i be better off getting the isle seat 12C or will there be people banging me as i walk through?

Also, anyone have any hints or tips on getting an op upgrade to biz class? do AC hand these out often?
