BA Call Centre Fare Differences vs BA.com
I am trying to amend an existing booking where I am booked in WTP to a new one where inbound would be in Business on IB.
BA.com prices this out at 1628 CHF + taxes whereas I have already paid 1020 CHF (excluding taxes). I have calculated there are about 50 CHF less in taxes according to BA.com.
The difference should be approximately 608 CHF - 50 CHF in taxes difference + a change fee of 180€.
To my surprise Bremen is quoting 1200 CHF fare difference plus change fees.
Does anyone have any experience where BA.com and the call centre have different fare differences ? I have checked everything else, fare buckets still available and combinable and trying to reprice with current fares.
