IN this HARD vs SOFT questions.. do the FLAT-BED seats in Business Class count as Hard or Soft?

And when someone refers to Hard vs Soft product for Business Class, is there a CHART where we can see WHICH item is in WHICH "COLUMN or FIELD"?
