I just had the same connection (intl -> domestic) not long ago because my connection time was less than 1,5hrs given a late arrival in CGK. it was no problem at all. my advantage was that I was the first to leave the plane but eventhough I had to obtain the visa and get the domestic boarding pass, there was more time then I needed. everyone was helpful and there are enough signs or garuda staff guiding.
