The singular worst FA experience I have ever had was GRU-JFK, in F no less. The guy was effectively calling me out, after I rang the buzzer for a drink. I was careful not to eat anything he touched for the rest of the flight. I wrote it up to CS upon landing- not sure if it went anywhere.
As I think about it there is a lot of noise here about how hard it is to manage/motivate FAs under the union contract. AA seems to have them motivated to collect all of the Bose headsets- to painful fault at times- why can't whatever leverage is working on that front be applied elsewhere?
