It MANAGEMENT that decided to forgo all civil notions of travel propriety in favor of the almighty 'load factors' to the detriment of the FA's as well as the PAX....

Early retirement should be considered by some in MANAGEMENT. As well...
3-4-3 is a good way to pack PAX in to maximize seats available with all that space.
77W is not too big-I fly it regularly on YVR-HKG and HKG-SIN/TPE and I never feel it is 'too big'.
