Actually, there is no limit as to duration, though they do ask how long you plan on storing the bag/s when you drop it/them off. Also, the rate is pretty cheap, ~ZAR 60-70/day last time I used them in May. They can be contacted directly at [email protected].

Note that they make it abundantly clear that you MUST present the stub they give you when you go to pick up your bag; I've never lost mine, but I suspect that if one loses it, some real pain will ensue.

As you face the exits when you leave customs, there is a bank of lifts on the left, then escalators, and then another bank of lifts on the right. Try and take the lifts on the left down to the basement parkade level 1, as that will plant you right where you need to be; the storage area is just a little to the right as you exit the left bank of lifts (Link is to a PDF map of the basement). If you take the escalators or the lift on the right as you face the main floor exits, turn left and walk down the hall; it's signed adequately as well.
