My QX flight from OAK-PDX is delayed over 2 hours and there hasn't been any communication from the airline why it is delayed. What is worse is that another plane could've been dispatched from PDX with the amount of this delay. This is poor performance by Alaska in communicating to their passengers.
I'm curious, what additional information were you expecting? Was a shorter delay originally posted and it then began to creep? If the original delay is what was posted, then I would think it's pretty clear, the plane ain't here, but we expect it will be here in time to send you off to Portland around 2:00.
