Stayed here 2 weeks ago. Took the train and tram with luggage.. Don't do it.. Call the hotel ask to speak with the concierge an order a car from them. We paid 35€. Best thing we ever did. Great car. Mercedes etc.. Check out their twitter feed @@HiltonAmsterdam ..
