Since EU internal flight are not bound by FAA rules are CPAPs exempted from the weight, size and number of pieces rules as medical equipment in EU?

My travel light with one bag plus CPAP is to put all my wires/adapters into the wire compartment in my CPAP bag. Using only a TAB7 tablet and a lightweight physical keyboard. I also have a official looking medical equipment tag on the CPAP bag stating a CPAP machine and accessories with copy and reference of the FAA exemption. The battery pack of my Trenscend CPAP also do double duty as a backup battery/charger for all my other electronics.
