I have a box of 90 (they comes in 90) in carry-on and box of 90 in the checked luggage. No mention of them thru any security 3 times I traveled so far. I have prescription and doctor letter ready to show them, but no one ever asked.

I also thought they would ask about the insulin. They are liquid right? Nope. Nothing at all.
