I have had the same issue. I had used Aeroplan rewards to book 4 first class, one-way tickets on January 13, 2014, non-stop from HNL to IAD. The last of the 4 reward tickets was booked yesterday at about 9:00pm. I called United and got the confirmation number and when I entered it in United's website I noticed that the ticket was changed to a layover in Houston. I then checked the three other tickets that were booked weeks ago and noticed that they were changed also. I spoke to a United rep last evening and they said that the flights were changed at 9:18 last evening. Kind of stuck now since United won't touch the tickets that were booked with Aeroplan and Aeroplan still has United's flight #144 still on United's schedule. Hopefully it will get settled soon.
