I agree. I've been able to prove inevitable delays to other airlines, to no avail. I'm sympathetic to most phone agents, but at some point logic needs to prevail, and if a passenger can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is physically IMPOSSIBLE for their flight to operate on time, it would be nice to have someone listen.
