I've lost count how many of those videos there are at this point. The difference are small but it seems like there is a different video for different types of routes:
US-Australia
Hawaii
US-Europe
US-South America
and various ones depending on type of the route in the US. There's the one where the guy grabs the lady's hand, the one where the flight attendant changes clothes, creepy girl, neck brace, different flight attendant, etc. I haven't been able to tell which one is on which route consistently because my sample size isn't large enough but I am beginning to think that certain routes and/or plane types get a certain version.
