It can change in an hour too to be on-time! Unless there is some scheduled activity at JFK that day delaying things? eg VVIP movements or Air Show in the area (unlikely )etc?

In the absence of predicted data, it is probably too far out to say with any certaintly. Even on the day the delay on a board changes up and down as information changes.
